His is the second Kardin birth found in the Juva kopiot. The kopiot goes back to 1718, and only his brother Lars Kardin preceeds him.

the death found in the kopiot matches well, a “Rusthåll Eric Kardin u. R au” dies of heart attack at age 42 in Kilpola

Either the death record is not for him, or there is another Eric Kardin or he had a second wife, for an Eric Kardin and Car. Hämälain had in Kilpola on 27.7.1768 a son Henrik...maybe others later (check after 1770) IGI shows Carin, 1775 and Maria Christ, 1778

searching Pieks. from 1723, first poss found is 6.5.1727 in Sauvonmäki to Virgilius Walkoinen and Clara Ylöin. I need to complete year 1727 and forward. There are in Sauvonmäki also an Elias and a Simon Simonsson Walkoinen having children in the same decade. In Haukivuori there is a Påhl
