10Mar2018: “Here is some information about the 'head' of the family:

Paul Tillaeus (Påhl Tillaeus, Påhl Tillaei, Påhl Tilleus, Påhl Tilläis)
was born circa 1695. He died 20th March 1765 Rantasalmi, Parkumäki.
Paul was married to Maria Pakarinen who was born circa 1705, and died 1777 Rantasalmi, Putkisalo.

Their children were
I. Johan Tillaeus who was born 31th March 1729 Rantasalmi, Vaahersalo. He died 28th December 1782 Rantasalmi, Putkisalo.
II. Regina Tillaeus who was born 10th March 1731 Rantasalmi, Vaahersalo, and who was burried 7th June 1731.
III. Lars Tillaeus who was born 18th April 1737 Rantasalmi, Putkisalo. He died 15th January 1788 Rantasalmi, Vaahersalo.
IV. Paul Tillaeus who was born circa 1739. Died 24th January 1785. He also used name Thusberg because he belonged to the Army and served as 'dragoon'. Paul Tillaeus lived at Tiemassaari in Rantasalmi.
