There is a village/farm named Junicka in Rautalampi
IGI has no Jumicka hits, but does have few of Junicka and some variations on this, the family births seem to be in Kuopion Mlk., Rantasalmi, Pieks. and Rautalampi, the earliest is 1693 in Kuopio. Before 1750, HisKi has parents of this name only in Kuopio, Rantasalmi and Rautalampi as of 2001.
In searching in Piex kopiot to 1776, I found no Junicka marriages or deaths other than what are listed in this note field..it is a rare name there.
Pieksämäki kopiot has a Maria, born 25 mar 1722 to Pehr Pehrsson Junika and Carin Hyräin in Käpysalo, Rautalampi
in September 1723, twin sons, Pehr and Matts were born to Clas Jum(n)ika and Margata Niskain of Jauhomäki. Lars Westerinen, Johan Laitin were testators
on 12may1709 in Pieksämäki s.n. a Matts Junicka eller Kuckoinen, age 40 died: Rautalampi kopiot
a smith’s dr Carin Jumicka age 7 mo, died on 5sep1747 in Jauhomäki (buried in Rautalampi)
torp Claes Junika s. Lars died age 4 1/2 on 12 sep 1742 in Jauhomäki
A Claes Mattssn Jujicka of Jauhomaki married Marg Simonsdr Niskanen of ? on dom XX f t. 1721
Carin Junicka of Jauhomäki married Anders Jänte of same place in 1743
