Notes for Laustinen , Kluostarin= Luostarin? Lautainen?
HisKi search for all of Finland produced three Lausti's, in St.Karina and Krönberg

there were no Laustinen taxpayers in Savonlinna province in 1571

acc to Pauli Ikonen of Kuopio: a sister of Lauri Laustinen, from the Järvikylä farm, Järvikylä village

probably Luostarin, a variant of Klostarin

About mystery of Laustinen family, I have found from history book of Joroinen this interesting thing that explains our mystery.

One original family in Joroinen was Rautiainen. In year 1561 according to land book Rautiainen family had 2 tax collaboration "units/teams" in Järvikylä (Nils and Lauri Rautiainen, see encl.). In year 1600-1602 Niilo Laurinpoika Rautiainen got freedom from taxes because he was riding a horse in army. In year 1610 his last name was still Rautiainen but later on he was normally called as Niilo Laurinpoika Laustinen (see another encl.)! One idea is that this is caused by his patronum Laurinpoika (Laurinpoika=>Laustinen). According to history book of Joroinen in year 1621 his son Niilo Niilonpoika Laustinen continued his father's career in army.

So this must be a reason why name Laustinen suddenly appeared in Joroinen.

Best regards
Jarmo (Haring)”
Notes for Juho (Spouse 1)
farmer soldier in Thirty Years war
""Ks. Joroissa Kar. Kirj. (Karajaa Kirjat)" 19+20/5/1645" is an entry for a Juho Jordan born about 1645. is this entry for this Juho..how did it become unattached to the family?

On 30.9.1698, a Carin Johansdr Jordan of Häyrylä/Joroinen, married Peter Anderss. Harkais of Jorras su. (Jokkas (now Juva village)?/Joroinen

Roll 1259570, page 130 for Kilpola, Juva has an Olof Persson Lambin paying taxes with the help of a JORDAN IN REMOJÄ Rantasalmi Vihityt:I, JUVA after 1674. I could not find this Jordan paying taxes of his own , or any other Jordan paying taxes in Juva during 1654-93. It seems that in Juva, Maivala, Remojärvi, Hietajärvi and Soiniemi were crown-owned after 1674, therefore a possible army encampment, which might be the residence of this unknown Jordan, possibly this Juho, who was a soldier and of an appropriate age.

a letter from Pauli Ikonen of March, 2004 states: (see images, and his grammar is repaired)
We now have the book “Joroisten Historia I” by Raimo Viiki.
on pages 491 and 515... Juho Juho’s son Jordan was kuudennusmies (sexman in Swedish), the ecclesiastical job in the parish, the layman, you know, for the years 1696 and 1697. IS THIS HE OR HIS SON?

acc to Pauli Ikonen of Kuopio, “farmer and rider from the Iitosenranta farm in the Järvikylä village, then later in the Häyrilä village. He was the owner 1649-1697. He died before 1797”
